Laura Cenci is a good friend I met some years ago in Jamaica on vacation.
A native of New Jersey, she moved to Florida 13 years ago.  Laura grew up playing
Soccer and running track.  To help keep her body in top form, Laura prefers intense cardio
workouts and weight training.  Always loved sports and has been very athletic all her life.
